Eight more days until this guy turns FOUR YEARS OLD.
::deep breaths::
This is why I usually busy myself with planning an INSANE birthday party. That way, I’m thinking about party decor and munchies instead of what the party actually signifies. This year though, we’re keeping it low key. Cupcakes, balloons, and a jump house {aka: no mess for momma to clean up = WIN}. However, as awesome as no mess and no sewing of ruffled streamers is, it also leaves me plenty of time to think about the fact that I’m about to have a FOUR YEAR OLD.
Did I mention we officially registered him for Pre-K last week?

Isn’t it crazy? I remember when we were all on the bump expecting our first babies!

You did an amazing job and yes those type of parties are so much work. I’m thinking of doing a much lower key party next year but we will see when the time rolls around.
Wasn’t it just yesterday that we were on the bump talking about having the same due date, then finding out we were both having boys and THEN that we were both naming them Jack!? I remember you going into the hospital the day before having him and thinking how crazy it was because we had over 2 weeks to go and then I wound up going in to labor the next day too. I still, 4 years later, can’t believe we had our boys the same day, 16 days early
