Easter Egg Photos – enter if you dare

Disclaimer – I am not to be held accountable for any of you viewing these photos and instantly ovulating. There is cuteness OVERLOAD in here, people. I’m not joking.

Also – Manic Monday post to be postponed until Friday this week … because I didn’t get my shitz together this weekend. Pretty sure I was in a Hunger Games coma.

Every year, me and my mommy buddies throw a cute impromptu Easter Egg hunt for all the kids at a local Botanical Gardens. We all stuff about 2 dozen eggs, we dress our kids in their Easter finery … and show up unannounced and basically take over the park. This year was the third year we’ve done it, and it’s been so much fun watching the kids progress from these tiny babies who couldn’t actually walk around to collect eggs, to almost 4 year-olds chomping at the bit and running in to each other while trying to grab as many colorful plastic containers as possible.

You can see the 2010 post HERE and the 2011 post HERE – LOTS of cuteness!

Last year I had a sweet newborn at the hunt … and while he was super cute in his little outfit, he slept through most everything. This year? This year I had two adorable little boys.

The Mouse and 2 of his best buds!

The general consensus was that if there is anything cuter than little girls on Easter, it’s little boys. And because I know you guys will ask, ‘where in the world did you get those adorable ties for the boys?’

I found the boys’ shirts at Gymboree, but the neckwear there left a lot to be desired. When I hoped on Etsy, I found Amy and pretty much fell in love with every.single.tie. in her shop. She was super helpful and got me my ties in less than a week and a half – so happy with them! And just to be clear, this is NOT a sponsored post – I just totally loved the ties and wanted to share with you guys!
